PLEASE NOTE: Be Ready for Delivery When the Driver Arrives
Delivery typically takes about 15 minutes once the driver arrives — assuming your site is ready.
If the driver is delayed for more than 30 minutes after arrival due to an unprepared site, a waiting fee may apply. If the site is unsafe or inaccessible for delivery, a dry-run fee may still be charged.
